Our Story
Interact Performance Systems was formed in Utah in 1981. Our current CEO, Francis Price, purchased the company in 1983 and established the headquarters in California. Under his leadership, we developed interpersonal relationship training programs to help businesses and leaders enhance their workplace culture. We focus on building essential skills like conflict resolution, supervisor-employee communication, and team performance enhancement.

To equip people with interpersonal skills that enhance performance and improve organizational effectiveness. Guided by the standard to offer people skills “learned right–not rote,” we will elevate individual contributions and energize team collaboration to make a difference in workplaces, communities, and homes throughout the world.

To maintain our position as an international leader in providing essential frameworks for principled interaction and communication. We will continue to improve individual and organizational contributions to the world with interpersonal training that inspires.
Our CEO
In 1992, he formed Q3 Industries, which later became Hybrid Manufacturing and Engineering Technologies, Inc., and Hybrid de Mexico in 2011. In 2019, the companies came under PHG Engineering. Francis continues serving as the CEO of these companies with clients like Tesla, General Motors, Ford, Magna, FCA Chrysler, Kuka Systems, CMF group, Valiant TMS, and Ryobi.

His training initiatives and programs have been recognized by awards from Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government, American Society of Association Executives, Meritorious Public Service Award from the Commandant of the US Coast Guard.
